Convention officially started Wednesday,
so we attended a first-timer's orientation,
although I had read about other member's experiences
and asked so many questions that I felt like I had a leg up on the other newbies.

Me, Diane & our friend Jim who we ran into every few hours.
It got to be a hilarious joke.
This is the Raffle Room--filled with lots of Barbie stuff.
I heard there were two of these Barbie bikes,
and the same lady won both of them!
She lives in Canada, so I think they had to be dismantled and shipped back.
Diane put all her tickets in, hoping to win this doll, but she didn't.
I was too cheap to buy any raffle tickets.
